*Shape: Shape of the bilimbi fruit is cylindrical and has length of 4-10 centimetres and a diameter of 1 -1.5 centimetres.
*Colour: Colour of the fruit is green when it is unripe and turns yellowish green to green when it is ripe.
*TEXTURE :The skin of the fruit is thin and tought, while the flesh is juicy and crunchy.
*TASTE: The fruit of bilimbi is sour and acidic similar to starfruit.
Nutritional Value: Bilimbi fruit is a good source of vitamin C.and low in calories.
