Neem  tree's are found all over the India.
It is fast growing as well as evergreen tree.
In Ayurveda Neem is popular medicinal herb.Neem leaves,Neem seeds,neem flowers are used as medicinal parts for various preparations.

Neem has pesticidal and Insecticidal properties.neem leaves are bitter in taste .and also bitter in smell.
Neem has white &fragrant small flowers.
Neem fruit is a smooth,olive like drupe & bitter -sweet pulp.neem fruit are yellowish white in colour.

*Nimbidin
*Azadirachtin
*Gedunin
*Alloxan
*Epoxyazadiradine
 Uses of Neem:
* Neem has pesticidal & Insecticidal properties so  it is used in verious mosquito repellents, coils,mosquito repellents creams .
*Neem bark is uses for malaria treatment.
Fresh neem leaves prevent insects .
Neem leaves are used in preparations of soap,creams,face wash,face packs,Shampoo's,body washes & antiseptic liquids, hand washes.
*Neem has Antidiabetic,Antibacterial,sedative,Antielmintics,Antifungal properties.
*Neem also used for scaly,Itchy skin treatment.
*Neem also used for dandruff treatment.
*Neem leaves used in bath.
*Neem leaves used for detoxifying blood.&also helps to balancing blood suger level.
*Neem leaves used for the treatment of Eczema,Psoriasis.
*In India 80% neem oil is used for preparation of soap's.Neem oil used in cosmetics also.
*Neem extract used in fertilizers.
*In Maharashtra during Gudi padva,which is marathi new year in Maharashtra that time drinking a small quantity of neem juice before festival starts. In Hindu's festivals to avoid negative side effects of food &seasonal changes neem juice is taken 
*Neem used for treatment of leprosy.
*Neem used to kill intestinal worm's,and also used for bloody nose.
